How long does setup take?
Most funders can open their first program within a few days. You set up your portal, build your application form and invite your team yourself, and we're on hand to help.
We use spreadsheets and email today. Is moving hard?
No. You can run your next grant cycle in PalomaGrants and keep past records where they are. On Enterprise, we'll move your history across as part of setup.
Does PalomaGrants send grant payments?
PalomaGrants tracks awards, budgets and disbursements so you always know what has been paid and what remains. The payments themselves go out from your own bank or accounting system.
Who owns our data?
You do. We'll give you a full export of your data whenever you ask, including if you leave.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are paid a year at a time with no multi-year terms. Enterprise is an annual contract.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your 14-day trial includes up to 5 users and 2 programs. When it ends, choose a plan to keep going. Nothing is charged until you do.

Paloma Software, Inc., a software company in Durham, North Carolina, run by its co-owners Tim and Jeanne Turner.
